In this SCENE from TERRACE HOUSE Aloha State HAWAII (テラスハウス アロハ ステート) GUY SATO (佐藤魁) asks NIKI NIWA (丹羽仁希) out on a date. Up until this point GUY has spent time hanging out with NIKI in the house but they haven’t done much outside of the house. There is some tension between them, but since TAISHI has been so aggressively pursuing NIKI—GUY hasn’t found a way to ask her out until now. This scene is cute because it shows how young they both are. When TAISHI asks NIKI out it seems so practiced and rehearsed, but when GUY does it–it feels fresh and innocent. Good job GUY.
