I was surprised when she came out of nowhere, but I get to know her well,” she explained. Matsushima took on the challenge of a modern distribution setting, but she explained, “I’ve never done YouTube or distribution before, so I didn’t know how to film or anything. So I didn’t know how to take pictures and so on, so I went through a lot of trial and error while shooting. During the filming, she also tried her hand at taking selfies and said, “It felt new. I took selfies with my phone and tried to figure out the angle of view and how much I should take,” he recalled.
