コロナウィルスにより 日々当たり前にしていた事ができなくなった中、
私は、この音楽仲間に助けられ、どんな時も希望を持って”上を向いて歩こう”と
誓うことができました。
この仲間が私に笑顔をくれ、一緒に音楽を楽しんでくれ元気を分けてくれました♡
そして、坂本九さんのこの歌が 私を元気にしてくれました♡
私、音楽をやっていて、本当に良かった！
そして…..改めて 自分の中で感じる 『勝ちと負け』という言葉。
私の”負け”…..とは、
周りの環境に左右され 暗く落ち込み続け 自分を上から押さえつけた時。
周りと自分を比べ、自分を卑下した時。
私の”勝ち”…..とは、
環境や周りの環境に左右されず、前向きに日々を楽しみ取り組めているということ。
人と比べない。自分を解放し自分を受け入れ、労り愛する事。
みんな、いつも応援してくれて ありがとう♡

2020.
While the coronavirus prevented me from doing the things I took for granted every day, my musical companions helped me to “look up” with a sense of hope in every situation.
I was able to pledge to stay positive.
These friends brought a smile to my face and shared my energy by enjoying the music with me ♡
And this song by Mr. Kyu Sakamoto cheered me up ♡
I’m so glad I’m in music!
And….. I feel myself once again, winning and losing.
My “losing” is…
When the environment around me keeps me dark, depressed and holds me down from above.
When I compare myself to those around me, and when I belittle myself, that’s when I lose.
My “wins”, I mean…..
Being able to enjoy each day with a positive attitude, regardless of the environment and surroundings.
Not comparing myself to others. To be free to accept myself, to work and love myself.
