INTRO :
Kaijin Kaihatsubu no Kuroitsu-san (怪人開発部の黒井津さん, “Kuroitsu-san in the Superhuman Research & Development Department”) is a Japanese comedy manga series written and illustrated by Hiroaki Mizusaki. It has been serialized online via Flex Comix’s Comic Meteor website since April 2019 and has been collected in three tankōbon volumes. An anime television series adaptation by Quad is set to premiere in January 2022 on ABC and TV Asahi’s ANiMAZiNG!!! [ja] programming block.
SYNOPSIS :
Touka Kuroizu is a research assistant who belongs to the Monster Development Department of the evil organization Agastia. However, the enemy she has to fight right now isn’t the heroes of justice, but her boss.
So long justice exists, evil too, will exist. This is the story of those who fight secretly in the shadows of justice and evil’s confrontation.
