PREVIOUSLY:
Riou and Jowy escapes to Ryube Village where they meet the sibling performers Eilie, Rina, and Bolgan. Riou is forced to partake in a dangerous act but the knife-throwing expert Eilie was able to pull it off and delight the crowd.
The trio thanks Riou and Jowy for helping out with their performance. They make introductions to each other and soon learns that both sides are on their way to Kyaro town. Riou and Jowy agrees to travel together with the sibling performers and they make their way to North Sparrow Pass.
Upon arriving at the misty valley, Rina talks her way into the guards to let them pass. They traversed through the foggy mountain filled with monsters and bandits, and reached the end where the Mist Monster appears. Together, they were able to defeat the monster before making their way out of the mountain.
