● Sweet black beans
(Cooking time: 140 minutes)
■ Material (Easy to make)
200g black beans (dried)
(A) Granulated sugar 150g
(A) 1 teaspoon soy sauce
(A) A pinch of salt
(A) 1/2 tsp baking soda
■ How to make
[Preparation] Put 1 liter of water on a high heat and boil, stop the heat, while warm (A).
(* Put the black beans while it is warm, because it will be easy to tear if you put black beans in the cold broth.)
[1] When the pan is boiled over medium heat, remove the acupuncture, drop it with kitchen paper, cover with a pan, cover the pan, simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.
(* Since it is easier to wrinkle the skin when exposed to air, both the drop lid and pan lid are covered.)
[2] When the beans are soft, put both the drop lid and the lid of the pan and cool the whole broth.
