Fushiguro Megumi is the deuteragonist of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He is a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High and also a descendant of the Zenin family.
Megumi is a tall, dark-haired boy with light green eyes (depicted as a dark blue in the anime adaption), and spiky dark blue hair. He wears the standard Jujutsu Tech uniform which consists of a long-sleeved over-shirt with a high collar (featuring a golden button with a swirl that all Jujutsu Tech uniforms have), matching trousers and ankle high boots.
Megumi entered Jujutsu High as a Grade 2 sorcerer and is considered to have high potential by Noritoshi Kamo, Mai Zenin, Satoru Gojo and even Sukuna. The King of Curses notes that Megumi’s willingness to use hand-to-hand combat makes him different from other shikigami users, as he is able to use his physical attacks in combination with his shikigami to entrap his opponent.
According to Satoru, Megumi has equal or even more potential and skill than Yuji and later implies that Megumi could even be on par with Gojo himself someday. He can contend with and even defeat special grade cursed spirits, and he and his friends were recommended by Mei Mei and Todo to be Grade 1 sorcerers.
Fushiguro summons two black and white shikigami dogs that chase and devour curses. Later, after the White Divine Dog was destroyed by Finger Bearer, its abilities and cursed energy were inherited by Divine Dog: Totality.
