1985年、女性が双子を出産し、そのうちの1人は、家族を傷つけ、保護者の幽霊と一緒に逃げる偉大なシャーマン、朝倉ハオの生まれ変わりであることが判明しました。 13年後、墓地を通りかかったばかりの普通の高校生、マンタに力を発揮するもう一人の双子、シャーマン麻倉葉。 後に、ヨーの秘密を暴こうとして、マンタは、その過程で故侍阿弥陀丸の墓を壊した非行のリュウとトラブルに巻き込まれます。 マンタの怪我を見た後、阿弥陀丸の魂を使ってリュウを倒し、憑依して復讐する。 余波で、ヨーはついにマンタと阿弥陀丸と仲良くなりました。 それで、ヨーは阿弥陀丸に彼のパートナーになるように要求します。 阿弥陀丸は最初は気が進まなかったが、友人のモスケの精神のおかげで、ヨーが剣を手に入れることができたと明かすと、やがて同意する。 その間、私たちはヨーを見ているスピリット/ゴーストと一緒に別のシャーマンを垣間見ることができます。
In the year 1985, a woman gives birth to twins, one of them turns out to be a reincarnation of the great Shaman, Asakura Hao, who injures his family and escapes with a guardian ghost. 13 years later, Shaman Asakura Yoh, the other twin, who shows his power to Manta, a normal high school student who was just passing through the graveyard. Later, in an attempt to expose Yoh’s secret, Manta gets in trouble with delinquent Ryu who in the process breaks the grave of the late samurai Amidamaru. After seeing Manta’s injuries, Yoh avenges him by defeating Ryu using the soul of Amidamaru to possess him. In the aftermath, Yoh finally befriends Manta and Amidamaru. Yoh, then, requests Amidamaru to be his partner. Though Amidamaru is reluctant at first but eventually agrees when Yoh reveals he managed to get his sword, Harusame, repaired, thanks to the spirit of his friend Mosuke. Meanwhile, we get a glimpse of another Shaman with a Spirit/Ghost looking at Yoh.
