ショパンの『バラード1番』を弾きました！
「バラード」とは古いフランスの詩の様式で、ショパンが1835年、今から約200年前に『バラード1番』で初めてその呼び名をピアノ曲に用いました。
『バラード1番』は10分近くかかる大作でありながら、ショパン独特の即興的な感性とピアニスティックな華やかさで不動の人気を誇る曲です。
今では「物語的、文学的な雰囲気の音楽的作品」として、バラードはクラシック音楽だけでなく様々なジャンル作品の題名として用いられています。
I played Chopin’s “Ballade No. 1”!
A “ballade” is coming from an old French style of poetry, and about 200 years ago, Chopin first used the name in 1835 in his “Ballad No. 1″ for piano pieces which is different from its original genres.
Ballad No. 1” is an epic work that takes nearly 10 minutes to perform, but is immensely popular for its unique improvisational sensitivity and pianistic flourishes.
Nowadays, as a “musical work with a narrative and literary atmosphere”, the term “ballades” are used not only in classical music but also as titles of various genre works.
