Finally, another tier-4 Toya, & I am so desperate to get this since Toya is the only character I still yet to have a tier-4. The other 2 tier-4 cards will be treated as bonus.

I am going to get at most 200 pulls, should these pulls still have not grant me a tier-4 Toya, I will spend the 10 10-medal tickets to make up for 300 medals & exchange for him.

To shorten the video, I will try to make good use of the skip button at top right corner. It will never skip a tier-4 card action. Should there be no tier-4 cards, it will bump me directly to the result screen.
