Suikoden II ( Genso Suikoden 2 ) is a Japanese role playing game (J-RPG) developed by Konami for the PlayStation in 1998. Suikoden created by Yoshitaka Murayama loosely based on the classical Chinese novel Shui Hu Zhuan ( Water Margin / All Men Are Brother ). Suikoden 2 takes place years after the events of the original Suikoden and centers on an invasion of the City States of Jowston by the Kingdom of Highland. The player controls a silent protagonist ( Official Name Riou Genkaku ) who is the adopted son of Genkaku, a hero who saved the City-State of Jowston in a war against Highland years ago. Riou Genkaku and his best friend, Jowy Atreides, each gain one half of the Rune of the Beginning ( Bright Shield Rune and Black Sword Rune ), one of the 27 True Runes of the Suikoden setting, and become caught up in the intrigues of the invasion and the dark fate of those who bear the halves of that Rune.
Suikoden was famous for its great Story plot and lots of lots of character. It also bring our 1st Suikoden Character like Flik and Viktor. It also bring many new interesting character like Shu, Apple and Luca Blight.
I mostly use CHRISTOFFERSON CAJES [CCajes] Guide from gamefaqs as a reference, this is not a blind playthrough.
This video is a Let’s Play, but since i use a walkthrough , it will make a perfect playthrough with more sidequest and secret content shown. I also will recruit all 108 star of destiny / character. This game will also get the best ending. Also I Will skip most of the boring part like dungeon crawling, move from one place to other, regular battle. But i will keep talk to NPC and will show you what they talk about, i will also show Boss Battle. I will never skip any cut scene. I will skip most random encounter Battle. This also will be a commentary walkthrough.

– They ask to lure the enemy from Rockaxe Castle
– After the enemy go to the field, mole inside Rockaxe will open the gate and let Riou Genkaku Army enter the Castle
– Riou Army support by Nanami, Viktor, Flik, Luc and Tengaar will change the enemy flag to lower enemy morale and force the Knight of Matilda to fight Highland
– Nanami force to accompany Riou
– Seed and Culgan fall into enemy ploy and go to the field
– Shu, Apple and Klaus accompany Riou to storm the Rockaxe Castle
– Shu got report from Kiba where Kiba was fallen in Battle, Leon Silverberg also wounded
– The Rockaxe Matilda Knight follow Riou Army, Viktor and Flik with the left of Riou Genkaku Army decide to hold them while Riou change the flag
– Jowy Atreides met with Riou Genkaku and Nanami
– Riou refuse to fight Jowy, but Gorudo actually show up and try to get rid both Jowy and Riou

– Nanami try to protect Riou but actually get Shot by Gorudo Men
– Riou Genkaku and Jowy Atreides fight Gorudo using Bright Shield Rune and Black Sword Rune
– With Gorudo fallen, Jowy decide to retreat so Nanami could be saved
– Nanami ask Riou to call her big sister ( onee chan )
– Shu show up, ask the men to change the flag and get a doctor
– Dr. Huan ask Riou to get Nanami to Dunan Castle to get her the proper treatment
– With Highland Flag Burned, Ridley said to Matilda Knight that Highland has fallen
– Jowy show up and ask Culgan and Seed cease fighting and retreat
– In Dunan Castle Clinic, Dr. Huan Treat Nanami Wound
– Ellie try to calm Riou, but she just end up scare him
– Rina, Bolgan, Viktor, Flik, Tsai, Shu, Apple accompany Riou waiting for the treatment
– Dr. Huan Inform that he failed to save Nanami and discuss thing with Shu inside
