今回の動画は、前回作った恋あたシュークリームをちょっぴりモチっと&ざらめ入りにバージョンアップしたレシピ動画です♪
前回の恋あたシュークリームレシピ動画にいただいた視聴者様のコメントに、ざらめ入りで作るクッキーシュークリームのリクエストをいただいていましたので今回改めて恋あたシュークリームの動画をアップさせていただきました(*^-^*)
そして、私なりに何度か試行錯誤して、ちょっぴりモチっと感をプラスして作ってみましたので、少しだけバージョンアップした恋あたシュークリームレシピをご覧になって、ぜひ作っていただけたら嬉しいです♪
【材料】
〈クッキー生地〉
・無塩バター 30g
・砂糖 大さじ3
・純正ココアパウダー 大さじ2
・薄力粉 30g
・ざらめ 適宜
〈シュー生地〉
・強力粉 15g
・片栗粉 20g
・純正ココアパウダー 大さじ1
・サラダ油 大さじ3
・水 50ml
・卵 2～3個
・塩ひとつまみ
※市販の恋あたシュークリームほどのもちもち感はありませんのでご了承下さい。
また、焼き立てから時間の経過とともにモチっと感が弱くなります。
※焼きすぎるとモチっとしない場合がありますので、焼きすぎに気をつけてくださいね♪
〈チョコレートホイップクリーム〉
・生クリーム 200ml
・砂糖 大さじ2
・純正ココアパウダー 大さじ2
・お好みでラム酒 小さじ1
【注意点&ポイント】
※シュー生地を混ぜ合わせている時の温度が下がると焼いた時にシューが膨らまない原因になりますので、手早く混ぜ合わせていってくださいね♪
※卵が冷たいとシューが膨らまない原因にもなりますので、必ず常温に戻してから使ってくださいね♪
卵を急いで常温にしたい時は、溶き卵にした卵をレンジで10～20秒様子を見ながら少しずつ常温になるまで温めてください♪
※シュー生地を作る際の卵は少しずつ混ぜていってくださいね♪生地を持ち上げた時にゆっくりと落ちていって落ちたゴムベラの所の生地が三角になるのがポイントです♪
その状態になりましたら、卵が余っていてもそれ以上混ぜないでくださいね♪
※シュー生地には霧吹きの水を必ずしてくださいね♪
※シュー生地は最初に高温で一気に焼き上げる必要がありますので、必ずオーブンの予熱をしておき、シュー生地をオーブンに入れる際はオーブン内の温度が下がるのを防ぐために手早く入れてくださいね♪
※焼き上がった後すぐに取り出さずにしばらくオーブンの中に入れておくとしぼむのを防げます♪
※オーブンから取り出してシューがしぼんでしまう場合、生地の卵の量が多い、又は中までしっかりと焼けていなかった、霧吹きの水が少なかった、等が原因という事が多いようです。
※オーブンの機種によって焼き加減に違いがありますので、各家庭のオーブンでの焼け具合で温度や時間を調節してくださいね♪
※動画中の電子レンジの加熱は全て600wで行っています。

The custard cream is modestly sweetened, so please add more sugar to your taste.
Be sure to preheat the oven and drizzle water To prevent them from shrinking, place them in the oven for a while instead of removing them immediately after baking. If the puff pastry shrinks when you take it out of the oven, it is often because there is too much egg in the dough, or the pastry was not baked properly, or there was not enough water in the spray, etc. When making the puff pastry, mix in the eggs a little bit at a time, so that when you lift the dough, it falls slowly and the dough at the point where it falls becomes a triangle. If you want to put a lot of custard cream in the choux, the above amount of custard cream may not be enough. If you want to double the amount of custard cream in the puff, please make more than twice as much and adjust it to suit your needs. The custard cream is modestly sweetened, so please add more sugar to your taste.

子うさぎちゃんは触りすぎたり構いすぎてはいけない、と大切に大切におもちを扱っていた家族だったのですが……

おもち🐰は抱っこが苦手なうさちゃんに成長(≧▽≦)
性格はおっとりとしていてちょっと臆病。
りんご🍎に目がなく、スリッパを咥えて走り回って遊ぶ事とボール遊びが大好きです。
