テキサス州が、ジョージア州、ミシガン州、ペンシルベニア州、ウィスコンシン州の選挙手続きで憲法違反があったとして、訴訟を起こした件。当事者適格要件を満たさなかったことと、訴訟上の利益が曖昧だということで却下されてしまいました。
次の作戦に移行ですね。
そして、国防総省がＣＩＡに対して、来年1/6にテロ対策の軍事支援の多くを削減すると報じられてます。来年の１月６日選挙人投票開票ＯＲ下院で決選投票で、恐らくどちらに転んでも左右の衝突が始まることを織り込んでいるようですが、ＣＩＡに軍の情報や支援は出したくない、アメリカが二つに分かれる予感を見せています。

The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution.
Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.
All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins:
In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. . See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___
(Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting).
I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
