■ なぜ今、「超学®」なのか？
私は京都大学農学博士として食文化を研究し、また長年、京都の伝統芸能である「能」の書き手、源喜樹朗 義喜（Minamoto Kijuro Yoshinobu）として活動してきました。その中で痛感したのは、日本が誇る多層的な文化資産が、現代の資本主義やテクノロジーの文脈から切り離され、「保存されるべき過去」に追いやられているという危機感です。
「超学®」とは、芸術（Art）が持つ身体知と、工科（Technology）が持つ論理知を融合し、マーケティングによってグローバル市場へ直接接続する、全く新しい学問体系です。これは単なる教育プログラムではなく、日本文化のOSをWeb3やAI、メタバースといった先端技術で再構築し、次世代へ継承するための「未来の設計図」です。
■ KMATの組織体制と信頼のガバナンス
現在、私たちは京都府乙訓郡大山崎町（アート＆テクノロジー・ヴィレッジ京都の近接地）を拠点に、京都府知事認可の各種学校「京都芸術工科超学高等学院」の開設準備を進めています。
本プロジェクトは、株式会社エリアプロモーションジャパン（APJ）内の準備室から出発し、現在は非営利の公器である「一般社団法人京都芸術工科超学」への移行、および登記手続きの最終段階にあります。
このプラットフォームには、各界の第一人者が結集しています。
• 伝統芸能： 梅若基徳氏（観世流能楽師シテ方）
• 和食領域： 村田吉弘氏（菊乃井）
• 景観デザイン領域： 藤本英子氏（京都市立芸術大学名誉教授）

[Full Record] The Full Vision of KMAT: The Dawn of “Chogaku®” Integrating Tradition and Technology
This video is a complete record of the commemorative lecture and project announcement for the establishment of the “Kyoto Metaversity of Art and Technology (KMAT),” a new intellectual architecture from Kyoto to the world.
■ Why “Chogaku®” Now?
Through my research as a PhD in Agriculture from Kyoto University and my work as a Noh writer under the name Gen Kijuro Yoshiki, I have felt a profound sense of crisis. Japan’s multi-layered cultural assets are being detached from the context of modern capitalism and technology, relegated to being “relics to be preserved.”
“Chogaku®” is an entirely new academic system that merges the embodied knowledge of Art with the logical intelligence of Technology, connecting them directly to the global market through strategic marketing. It is more than an educational program; it is a “blueprint for the future” to reconstruct the OS of Japanese culture using advanced technologies like Web3, AI, and the Metaverse.
■ KMAT Organization and Governance
We are currently preparing for the opening of the “Kyoto Metaversity of Art and Technology High-Level Institute,” a vocational school authorized by Kyoto Prefecture, based in Oyamazaki. The project has transitioned from a preparation office within Area Promotion Japan Inc. (APJ) to the final stages of registration as a non-profit “General Incorporated Association.”
Leaders from various fields have converged on this platform:

• Landscape Design: Eiko Fujimoto (Professor Emeritus, Kyoto City University of Arts)
• Capital Management: Emi Onozuka

We do not view financial support as mere “donations.” The funds provided (token purchases) serve as the “seed money” for this new institution.
