今回も「こんな風にイラストを作ってみたよ」という話です。
これまでにも繰り返しわたしのAIイラストの作り方の話をしていますが、わたしは、Nijijourneyで生成したイラストを元絵として、Stable Diffusion WebUI（Forge classic）でi2i、Photoshopで加筆・修正をして仕上げています。
本日公開した「Full Armor Mecha Girl」も基本的にはNijijourneyで生成したイラストを元絵としているのですが、ちょっといつもと違う作り方をしてみました。
まず、こちらが元絵です。
で、これをいつものようにNano Bananで手指を修正して、さらにStable Diffusion WebUI（Forge classic）でi2i、Photoshopで加筆・修正したのがこちらです。
最初はこれで仕上げていこうかと思ったのですが、頭部のデザインが左右対称でないのが気になりはじめました。
かといって、手描きでこれを左右対称に修正するようなスキルはない…。
と、ここでひらめきました。
Grok Imagineで動画にすると、左右対称にリデザインされるんですよね。
必ずではないですし、程度の差もありますけど。
なので、上のイラストをGrok Imagineにアップロードして動画を生成しました。プロンプトを入れないとアクションをし始めたり、構図が変わってしまうので、ターンテーブル動画にしました。
ターンテーブル動画にした理由は、別のFull Armor Mecha GirlをGrok Imagineでターンテーブル動画にしたときに、アニメ人物絵以外ならば一貫性の保持に優れる、ということがわかったからです。
ターンテーブル動画は、元絵に描かれていない面をそれらしく作ってくれるので楽しいんですよね。
で、Grok Imagineで生成したターンテーブル動画がこちらです。
noteは動画を貼れないので省略します（X記事でどうぞｗ）。
「フレームから延長」で20秒にしています。20秒で生成すると2周してくれるので、元絵に近いアングルのフレームを抽出しました。
頭部のデザインが先ほどよりは左右対称っぽくなりましたよね。
ターンテーブル動画、便利。
ただ、どうやらシールドをシールドとして認識していないようで、離れてしまっていますね。シールドは要らないと思っていたので、むしろ好都合でした。
Photoshopでシールドを削除して、再度Nano Bananaで手指を修正、さらにStable Diffusionでi2iしたものです。
スッキリしてスタイリッシュになった、と思っていますがいかがでしょうか。

まず上半身。
次に下半身。
でこれらを合成したのちに、さらに頭部のディテールアップをしたかったので、頭部を中心にリッピングとi2i＋アップスケールを再度行いました。
できたのがこちらです。
目を光らせたかった。
これも合成して、トーン・コントラスト・カラー・明るさ・ディテールの調整をして仕上げたのがこちらの完成品です。
各ラインがシャープになって、すっきりしたと思います。各部のディテールが出て、デザイン的にも説得力が出たのではないかと。
自分のイラストに関してですが、なんだかよくわからないデザインが気になるんですよね。遠目で見ると良いけれど、拡大してみるとモジャモジャボヤボヤでどうなってるのかわからないのをなんとかしたい。
SDXLを使用するまでは、それでも「なんとなく」で済ませていたのですが、SDXLを本格的に使いはじめてからはかなり細かいところまでこだわることができるようになりました。描写力がスゴイ。
Grok Imagineで動画化、フレームを抽出して元絵にする、という手法です。
実は、これは既に「寄せるメカ娘」でやっていたことなんですけどね。
残念ながらアニメ人物絵は一貫性の保持・再現ができなくなってしまったのでもう二度とメカ娘は動画化できません…。
戻してくれないかなぁ。
