［モスクワ １１日 ロイター］ – ロシアのプーチン大統領は１１日、ベネズエラのマドゥロ大統領と電話会談を行い、対外圧力が強まっているマドゥロ政権に対する支持を表明した。ロシア大統領府が発表した。
ロシア大統領府によると、プーチン氏はマドゥロ氏と戦略的パートナーシップ協定のほか、経済・エネルギー分野の共同プロジェクトの推進などについても協議した。
