I bought these last year 2019 they just died as of September 1st for some reason the USB is not charging the headphones anymore. I tried different ones its not lighting up red its completely dark so I dont know what happened but the headphones are dead.
Im trying to get in contact with the maker of the product NANAMI to see if they can help me.
I was surprised to hear from the company as of today 9/10/2020 they sent me a replacement pair for free so I must say the company backs their product if you reach out to them.

I tested out these earphones today and they’re pretty good. The volume is pretty loud while listening to my music and it’s clear when I made a phone call with no disconnect.
