Shiraishi Umen is a dish that can only be found in few restaurants in Hokkaido.
It was on a TV program that I could eat it at the Shiroishi Ward Office in Sapporo, so I went there.
It is a specialty noodle from Shiroishi City, Miyagi Prefecture.
