急な強雨や雷雨に注意が必要です。
また、ムシムシとした体感となるのでこまめな水分補給を心がけましょう。
西日本は、日差しが届いても雲が優勢の空となります。
外出の際に雨が降っていなくても折りたたみ傘をお持ちください。
今日は気温が40℃を超える地点がありました。
全国的に暑さが厳しくなっています。

In western Japan, the sky is dominated by clouds even when the sun shines.
Bring a folding umbrella with you when you go out, even if it’s not raining.
There was a point where the temperature exceeded 40 degrees Celsius today.
The heat is getting harsher nationwide.
